As the housing market continues to improve, homes are selling in a matter of weeks, often attracting multiple bids—but only if the homes are properly priced to begin with.

Since most home purchases are financed, once you accept a buyer’s offer, an appraiser still has the final say on the value of the home. If there is a discrepancy, this can void the agreement or require re-negotiation.

This is where I, as your agent, come in. I will prepare a package of pertinent information for the appraiser, including the latest comparable sales data and documents detailing any upgrades or renovations to help you, the seller.
